At G Paperss, we value transparency and aim to deliver the best quality thermal paper rolls, barcode labels, and related products. Please read our Cancellation and Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Order Cancellation
  • Once an order is confirmed and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled.

  • We encourage all customers to verify product specifications (such as size, type, and quantity) before final confirmation.

  • If an order is placed by mistake or duplicated, please contact us immediately within 1 hour of order placement via email at info@gpaperss.com or call +91 73737 70612 / +91 93609 60378.

  • Cancellation requests received after dispatch will not be accepted under any circumstances.

2. No Refund Policy
  • As our products are customized and consumable printing materials, we do not offer refunds once an order is processed or dispatched.

  • Payments made for confirmed orders are non-refundable.

  • In rare cases of duplicate payment or technical transaction error, customers may contact our support team. After verification, we will issue a refund within 7โ€“10 working days through the original payment method.

3. Damaged or Wrong Product
  • G Paperss follows strict quality checks before shipping.

  • If a customer receives a damaged or incorrect item, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery along with unboxing photos or videos.

  • After review, we may offer a replacement or store credit at our sole discretion. No cash refunds will be issued.
